Speaker Bios
Sam McCollum, MBA, CRM, ERMm
As the CEO of SIMC Coaching and a Director of End-User Consulting for Parity Research, Sam provides thought leadership, strategy and coaching expertise. H is extensive experience as an Information Management practitioner, educator, consultant and author makes him a sought after speaker and coach across North America . He writes frequently on subjects related to Information Governance (IG) and Information Management (IM) issues. He is a regular speaker at both national and international AIIM and ARMA conferences, and at regional events on both IG and IM topics. He serves on a number of educational and industry advisory councils and regularly consults with IM vendors and the user community.
Sam has been active in the IM industry for more than 20 years and worked as an IM consultant for over ten years in both Canada and the USA . Sam developed two of the six IRM certificate courses currently being taught at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT Polytechnic) and recently converted one of those courses to an online format, where he provides coaching/instruction for the course. He also serves as a member of the SAIT IRM industry advisory committee.
Sam is also Manager, Strategic Information Management (SIM) for ENMAX Corporation, the largest public utility in Calgary . Alberta and is responsible for Information Management Governance, user training for almost 2,000 employees and a $4M ECM implementation.

John Isaza, Esq., FAI
John Isaza, Esq. is a California-based attorney and partner of Howett Isaza Law Group, LLP, an international records and information management (RIM) consulting practice and law firm. Mr. Isaza also has over a decade of experience as a trial lawyer specializing in business, environmental contamination, products liability and construction defects. At present, he is an active speaker in the ARMA and AIIM circuits. John is the 2008 recipient of the prestigious Britt Literary Award of ARMA International and was recently named the 45 th Fellow of ARMA International (FAI).

Helen Streck
Helen Streck is a partner in the consulting firm Kaizen InfoSource LLC, serving as the firm's President and CEO. Helen's expertise in records and information management has its foundation in real world experiences forged from a career in the business that spans over 25 years. Helen has joined Kaizen InfoSource to lead and apply its unique industry resources to guide clients in all aspects of records and information management consistent with good corporate practices, ARMA's Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles, records and information management compliance programs, program strategy development, development and implementation of litigation hold protocols, electronic discovery response plans and data privacy initiatives, and selection and implementation technologies to support these services.
Prior to joining Kaizen InfoSource, Helen served as records management consultant at Shook, Hardy & Bacon law firm . She was also the director of corporate records and information management for Amgen, Inc. and records and contract manager at Genentech Inc. Helen's experience includes designing corporate level records and information management programs to meet regulatory, legal and company requirements. In this capacity, she has crafted record governance strategies for diverse organizations and built concrete, actionable steps for implementation across a broad spectrum of departments and countries.

Rob Hichins
Rob Hichins is a practice director for Huron Consulting and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate IT and consulting, with focus on the strategic and tactical utilization of information technology. This extensive experience crosses multiple industries including energy, pharmaceutical, aerospace, consumer products and financial services. Consulting expertise covers areas of litigation technology solutions, electronic discovery, and business process analysis and design. His background brings together the disparate disciplines of technology, business, and law, allowing Rob to deliver a range of discovery and information management consulting services.
Prior to joining Huron, Rob was the IT Partner/Director for Mortgage Operations & Compliance at New Century Financial Corporation, the Global IT Director for Design & Development Systems at Mattel, Inc., a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen's Legal Technology Practice, and held a variety of technology positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation – including Director for Corporate Litigation Support Systems. Rob focuses on developing strong business partnerships and streamlining business processes for corporations, utilizing technology to yield efficiencies to existing operations, and dramatically reducing costs.
